So, let me ask this...
What makes this CHP EVOC so signifigant over any other known surviving CHP EVOC out there, that IT commands a $50k asking price? Also, how did the current owner acquire the vehicle? What is deemed "VERY FAST" by the Seller's craigslist statement? LOL...
