I do equipment ordering for my agency, and at times it's absolutely impossible to duplicate equipment orders and configs to our agency standard.

You might want to do a little more research first, before putting out incorrect info and then not listening to someone who has been in the hobby for longer than 2 months.

That's the '92 version of CHP's Motor Transport Manual, directly from CHP. There are no "changes from suppliers" etc. etc. etc., since alot of the equipment used for the '82's on was specially made for CHP, per their specs.
