Default 1989 NHP SSP #2

I located this car in the Reno area. I've made contact with the owner and she's willing to sell but there is a lien on the title from a loan, which is over due by a few years. The bank never came to get the car. I'm hoping there is a way to get a title on it. I'm not sure I want it without a title. Lets hope I can work something out. At least, here's the info for the registry.

Hey Mike,
If you decide not to buy it let me know.
I'll buy it without the title.
I'm pretty good at getting cooperation from
finance companies and banks. I work with a handful of them.
