Re-painted some black 10 holes
I put a coat of satin black Krylon and some clearcoat and got a set of Eagle GT ii 's mounted.

They don't look half bad. Best way to save money if you can't powder coat.

 Krylon satin black is the way to go on these. Referencing a perfectly preserved original spare, that's the color/sheen the powdercoaters used to duplicate the finish they did on my rims.
