I bought a number of shotgun racks from this recycler back in 2004 and at the time they has a literal mountain of push bars there:
Sunshine Steel Enterprises 8265 Belvedere Avenue Sacramento, CA 95826 (916) 455-8371 Not sure they are still being used by CHP but they are located relatively close to Rancho Cordova.
