HF170651 does not have any records for any body/engine combo, that is why it is not in the VIN Project now.

Mick, thank you for providing the correction to the VIN data. I have changed the 1987 VIN page, and used the documentation from HF170655 to create pages for the other cars that were listed. Here is one example of the new pages, which include a clear listing of the data that I prepared in Excel -
