Thanks for the info 28HopUp. Would definitely love to find the history of this car.

This is how 158120 stands today... Love this little car, its a work in progress.

I wonder if the Virginia request for title history would name the original agency? If it was a leased vehicle, then the title may have been assigned to Avis and then the car was sold to the first civilian owner. It would still be worth trying...
