Confirmed. This is Mike Jakubec's car. It is as claimed and is a 1 of 12 in 1990 for WSP - as well as a 1 of 2 Commercial Enforcement SSP. They wrecked the other 90 that was CE based.
Mike has a lot of time and effort into this. In his EBay photos, you will see him standing next to a really TALL trooper at one of the displays. That is Chief Batiste.
Nice car for someone.
Funny story...before Mike and I knew each other...I made a deal to buy that car from the owner and was slated to run down the next day to pick it up. Mike beat me to it with the cash. We laugh about it now...but man oh man was I peeved at the time.
