lol they ARE simple to make. I made mine for my car.
They look EXACTLY like original CHP's.

You are correct, anyone charging more than $25.00 for these is ripping people off.

I have the plans - pattern for them if anyone wants them.

3" flat stock, and 1" flat stock, a metal brake, welder and you are in business. Done. Simple.
You can make several in the same time it takes to make one.

I am passing along info from a member that purchased one of these gun racks and was very unhappy with the fit and general construction. Buyer beware, and pay with a credit card in case you need to file a claim etc.

The deck light brackets appeared to be 90 degree angle iron. Mustang has more of a 100-110 degree angle of the package shelf...

If my dad and I can make brackets that look exact, heck yes we're gonna flip them on ebay. Should be able to get good money. So what if they are only worth $25. I'm sure most of us would pay up to get original bracketry if it was up for grabs.

the brackets are made of simple 90 degree 1/8 " angle iron. I know because I HAVE a set of originals that I paid 25.00 for.

I have an original set too, the red/amber angle iron is bent at a 100 degree angle. I just checked.

If I stick a repop set on ebay starting bid at 10 bucks, it's bidders decision on what they want to pay. Right now it's easy money.
