The 1983 Colorado State Police Mustang owned by MikeM aka ImEvil1 had already been confirmed as a SSP, as seen here:

Mike's paperwork included a Special Equipment Parts List, which showed only 6 SSPs in that DSO. Looking at the range of VINs, we guessed that 177002 might be a SSP and ordered a Marti Report. Sure enough, it was the first SSP in that DSO...

...allowing us to confirm all 6 cars in this DSO as SSP Mustangs.
That basically doubles the number of 1983 SSPs we have now confirmed, which isn't surprising since the early cars don't surface all too often.
