Thanks for posting the car here. It's a tough time to sell a SSP, but certainly is a great time to buy if anyone is interested in getting their first SSP or adding to their fleet. It seems like there have been quite a few nice examples for sale for under $10K, so the competition from other cars may hurt you. Hopefully you aren't in a big hurry to sell because the right buyer will eventually come along.

anyone know where you can get a trans now? Is a 5sp conversion easy in this case? Looks nice

most transmission shops will rebuild a AOD for 850 ish 5 speed conversions are expensive because you have to have all of the parts and if you are trying to do a 5 speed swap with new parts it will be more expensive than just rebuilding the current transmission also it is a rare car and there is not many beverly hills PD mustangs

My intent was to replace the AOD with a 5 speed if I was to keep the car....I have found several complete "kits" on ebay for around $1700.00ish...
The car also needs the heater core replaced (most of them do)... This IS the only Beverly Hills PD mustang that I am aware of... |
