I have about 3 or 4 pics of my car when it was in-service. The trooper that had my car wasn't a real exciting person, meaning I flt lucky that he sent me what he did. He only sent me pictures of the car at accident scenes, which I suppose is OK but they are difficult to see in some of the shots.
I'll have to get them scanned and posted. Of course, my Mustang will look somewhat different since I added spotlights to it and placed a different lightbar on it. Mine looks more like a 1990 model more than a '93. But '90 was my favorite year model for Texas, anyway.

The only in-service photos I have of my car are really "out of service" ones from when the car was waiting to be sold.
![]() Better than nothing but nothing beats the excitement or documentation of having the real deal in-service shots. There must be some of my car existing somewhere, esp. since it was used for so many years at the Academy. Gotta work on rooting them out! |

What is that mark or decal behind the drivers door? Did your car also have a "Safety and Service" decal on it?

![]() I don't know what the story is with that decal, these are the only two Mustangs I know of that had it applied in that location. It was definitely an early use of it and maybe they were experimenting with the placement. I have plenty of documentation to justify putting it back on there but quite frankly I think it looks hideous in that location so I opted to leave it off my car. |
