contact sspanthony. He has a 93 SCHP and he was able to locate the trooper that drove it.
also Gregg aka Unmrked has several SCHP cars and can possibly give you some contact information. If your car is a SCHP car it should have the unit number sprayed (stencil) on the drivers side door jam, and also on the bottom of the hood. Look carefully to see if you can see an outline under the electric red paint or possibly some remnant of it. If your car was involved in a car crash (per car fax) it will have the crash number listed. obtain the crash report from the agency and see where it takes you.

you can also do a title search from the state the car came from. Possibly research back to the first original title which will have the police agency identified.

I would also do what Jim said and contact the State in which the title is issued and ask how much it would cost to do a Title Search and get those findings. As frustrating as it may seem, you just have to keep digging - something is bound to pop up. Try going to your local Ford Dealer and ask if they can do an OASIS report on that vehicle - maybe something within that report will have some leads as well.... |

the DSO has been identified as being the same as the cars owned by Daniel Carpenter. Your car was most likely an unmarked SCHP car or used by South Carolina government in some other capacity. If there are no antenna holes in the car it was most likely an admin car of some type.
Make some contacts and use the information and advice we have posted here. Let us know how your search is going.

there are no antena holes or anything, however there is like a reverse dent on the center of the trunk lid, somewhat like a nipple just barely sticking upward, i have seen small antena in that location and assume thats what it could possibly been from
