i saw those, but this one is black with "traffic enforcement" on it. just curious if anybody knows about them.

I have an 89' Louisiana SSP that is dark blue.
There shouldnt be any 92's out of louisiana. The 89's were blue and the 93's were white. Some of the 89's were painted white in 90'. Id like to know more about that car you found. Ted
