i guess its job is to run the trunked motorola radio thu the fender antenna?
any idea on what the cut big wire is? the car also had some sort of lip mount antenna on the trunk pass side towards front.....the outline of it (triangle) was burned into the bad paint... perks of being a former owner prior to resto that i remember this stuff. |

I'm not a radio guy. ![]() I'd think one wire would go to the AM/FM radio, one to the VHF radio, and the other two back to each antenna, but that would make 4, right?

don't know.
only antennas on the car where my front fender and one on the trunk lid side. Not sure what was suppossed to run what etc? I thought with this splitter i would not need an external antenna.. radio guys, please chime in! |

yep, my ssp had the same setup with the fm antenna, i think i actually have another spitter cable setup. Let me look tonight.
