Missouri State Highway Patrol, Inventory No. P-993 Perhaps as time permits for the 1990 MSHP SSP VIN 1FACP40E2LF141249) Missouri State Highway Patrol P162 I just sold revise it as well Missouri State Highway Patrol P162 to include Inventory No. before the P number listed. Might help viewers to no what that letter/number combo means. Thanks again!

I am only asking this because others obviously know more about MSHP that I do.
On some of the pages I see "SHP #" which I would assume is an acronym for "State Highway Patrol #". On the other pages I see "P Number" or "P#" which I assume the "P" is shortened from the "SHP" on other pages. Where did "inventory" come from? I don't see that on any of the pages for this unit. Is that something that came from research on another unit? |

EDIT:
I just updated the page to change the unit number to an inventory/plate number. I also added some new photos from Fotki. This SSP now has one of the nicest pages in the Project. Reposting the link for convenience - http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info138824.htm

A car popped up on FB that is interesting. According to Bobby it served with the Camden County Sheriffs Dept along the most Southern part of Georgia along I-95. Pretty cool! It is the second car in a group of 12 consecutive VINs with some TxDPS cars at the end of the batch.

Here's an in-service photo of one of their two units (50% chance it is the car here). Black-wheel SSPs are my favorite!

Camden S/O "Drug Iterdiction Team" on I95 bought both with seized drug money. Pretty cool

I've attached the Marti report to add to the file for my car in the VIN Registry. Thanks for all the hard work you do to keep this up to date.

The Marti Reports certainly adds to the nice documentation you have on your NC SSP -
