Well that didn't last long. Tried to move the site to a PC outside of the protected network and it no worky. Moved it back to the original location and it doesn't work either.

Back up again. I guess when the place that I have my domain name parked said it would be 96 hours for an URL forwarding change to take affect, they meant it.

Updated again. Now it's two directories: one with all consecutive batches and one with only consecutive batches that have a known DSO (and possibly department).
