Default jackand spare tire

I recently bought a 93 ssp and it is missing the correct jack and lug wrench???. it also has a plain finished 10 hole spare. the car has black 10 hole wheels. did the spare match the wheels or was it just a generic unpainted ten hole wheel? also is there a grommet in the hood where the prop rod seats to hold it in place. is there a good site to look for NOS parts...I need a set of gray floor throw in carpets. thanks for any help!

Default Jack and spare tire!

From what I have read, black (on the outer face only) 10 holes were available till '89, they were raw aluminum,(not clear coated). The '90-'93 SSP cars came with clear coated aluminum wheels. I believe the jack is the same as a regular Mustang held in place in the rim with a longer J bolt ( I used one from CVPI) needed for full size spare. It was topped off with a round tire board that sat flat on the rim. Anyone with more accurate info, please correct me.
Good luck with your project!

Bruce

I have the correct jack and j-bolt and the round tire cover and full size spare. I will need to find a proper lug wrench and wing nut and I should be good to go. thanks for the info! I guess that I will keep the black wheels as I do like that look for the car. does anyone know if the wheels were painted black or powder coated black?
