bidder number one puts in a big bid 28 minutes before the auction ends. bidder number 2 (obviously a shill) starts bidding in small increments (nine bids) until he gets bidder number one into the car for 1625.00. Naturally bidder number two doesn't make a last second bid hoping to get the car. He probably just bid all he wanted to pay....
 people will just never learn...........
