Thanks, according to the VIN Project here, this car may have served with Hall County, GA. I have reached out to them to see if anyone can verify this.

It has just over 144k on the odometer and is mostly complete, minus the factory oil cooler and silicone hoses. Even the Demo label on the door is still there! I also have the Marti report on this car.
