If I should post this elsewhere, let me know and I'll step out of this thread.
I too have a SCHP car. It's a 1993, unit # 2.12.465. Last 6 of the VIN is 164516. I'm trying to find out if my car was unmarked or marked. I don't find any holes in the roof, etc, interesting is that the DSO is 21, not 22, and the paint code is YN, not the "special paint". Is there a way to determine if it was an unmarked car?

By the number that you have listed, your mustang was the 465th mustang that the SCHP issued out from day one. What color is the car currently?

It is silver all over. I'm not sure if it's paint code YN or not but it's a bright silver color.
