This one appears to be an FBI car. DSO/group number is an exact match to a confirmed FBI in the same batch with this cars VIN.

I stopped short of calling it an FBI car, despite the match to a confirmed FBI car with the same DSO number. But it is a Government SSP.

Yeah, that's why I said it appears to be. Like you I didn't want to officially confirm it as such.
