I am way behind on this thread,

My Ford Motorsport haul:
New Rockers, Pushrods, Lifters, Head Gaskets and bolts, balancer, water pump, oil pump, pickup, plug wires, coolant pipe, oil pan, all new bolts for timing cover, intake, water pump.

So After 2.5 years here is a before and after,
