What are the last 6 0f the VIN ? You might be able to see the Unit Number above the Dor Striker. M9-???.

First off - welcome to the forum!
 If possible please post up some pictures of your car, including the door VIN label, TxDPS sticker, Buck Tags on the radiator support, and any other SSP-specific documentation. We will add it to our VIN project. There is one other 1989 TxDPS Mustang with a VIN close to yours - http://www.specialservicemustang.net...info200866.htm

Those are good numbers. I was trying to figure out when it was sold from the state. I am thinking sometime late 92 as I did not go to that Auction. Go to the Tx Dot Web site as soon as you have title and request a Title History.

Thanks, If I ever get to a point where I want to sell you will be the first to know.
 Tell me more about your 1st gen lightning. My buddy had a really clean 93 about 6 years back. His was red and if would fade to a nice shade of pink after a couple months, LOL! Great truck though. I was mad when he got rid of it. It was a keeper with less than 60K miles on it. He regrets letting it go now. Quote:
