Exactly! If you look closely, you can see the difference between the mounts. The pic above it shows a shotgun lock, but that one looks like a rifle lock to me.

One of the CHP crown vics my dad got (still has all the decals on it
) still had the out of service signs in it. I was happy cause now my dad and I can use them when we get our police cars restored, maybe take the signs and have them copied too.
