Hey Matt, it looks like "Kujo" sp? really liked that sunvisor and as you mentioned probably the seat back as well. Get that carpet and underlayment out of there and the smell will go way down.
It looks like a great project. We all know the routine, roll up your sleeves and open your wallet.  Good luck with it.
