Prescott Arizona has it's own police department
it is in Yavapai county.
Yavapai County Sheriffs office (another police department) jurisdiction
in the un incorporated areas of the county.
and the DPS....the department of public safety (state police)
I have never heard of the Yavapai County Sheriffs office or
the city of Prescott having any SSP Mustangs so it would be
my guess that.
the car started it's life in (law enforcement) with the
Arizona department of public safety and was later donated to the
Prescott police department for their use as a D.A.R.E Car
