NOTE: When first posted, this car was thought to be a Missouri SSP. The seller provided the VIN, which puts it in a batch of GSA/government cars:

I have asked the selling for a pic of the VIN label. 'Will post it up if he/she responds...

Seller says the VIN ends in PF166931, which puts it in a batch of GSA cars (here's where the VIN Project comes in handy!). He may still send me a pic.
