Help decoding

My '86s buck tag (the only one) so far.... looks like this. Any help on the rest?

mustang
231681 66B M 0100
DF ST
SK AC 01 S
MBW 01
D E1 01 1 X 1 4

the 231681 is the last six in the vin
the 66B is for coupe
the M is for 5.0L SEFI
the DF: "D" scarlet red and the "F" cloth std
the AC is for air conditioning

I found the exterior paint code 1C for black and the DSO code 57 for Houston on the door tag.

Can you post a pic of your door tag?

This one was listed on ebay in February 2010.

I do not know yet what the "DF" code means but I can tell you that it is not for the seat color or material. It's just a coincidence that the INT. TRIM code on your VC Label (door tag) is "FD".

MUSTANG = model line

I answered my own question by looking at the Door Data section here, so please disregard. I didn't remember the special-paint cars having codes there, but the early ones do.
