Site Suggestion?
 

One of the members here made, IMHO, a very good suggestion for our website. He suggested that we take a poll each month and vote on a car to "feature" on the site. I made a section awhile back on the main page to feature stories about a particular resto or other interesting documentation (currently has the FHP Auction process as the only article), but this would be more of an interactive activity, where we could possibly post the members' car in banner at the top of the forum home page each month, or add it to the main page. Copcar.com does something very similar to this on their forum home page, although I don't believe there is any voting from the membership involved. What do you all think about this idea?

Also, since we're on the subject, I have had alot of interest in the feature section I mentioned above, but no one has sent me anything complete enough to make into a new article there. So, I'd like to throw the call for that out there as well. I do have a pretty cool story on some EVOC cars I can put together, but I'd like to see some more goodness :)

2 1/2 year old thread, but no one else had good stuff to put in the spotlight section? Why not in the spotlight section "spotlight" an interesting thread and have a photo from the thread? Thats my idea.:thumbsup:

No one ever sent anything in. I still have the stuff to do the EVOC feature, but I didn't want to be the only submitter.

You could put something together on the discovery of the '83 GSP, no? :)
