Both are available from Late Model Restoration and they have photos of them on their site. The same pieces were used from '79-'04 so if you go the boneyard route you'll have plenty of candidate cars to choose from.

Funny, the hook in my car looks exactly like the one Late Model is selling and it seems to be working fine with my full size spare. I sourced it from the wrecking yard, don't remember the model year Mustang I pulled it out of but it's spare was long gone.
