That IS a RARE find!
When OSP was done with the cars, other state agencies had the chance to get one to use as a dare car (so most became dare cars). The blue spotlight could have been from when it was a dare car. When the agency was done with the car, they would give it back to the state.
The black on the car was added. Should be all white with non painted wheels.
When inservice they looked just like the OSP SSPs (lightbar, decals).

You dont see those Camaros anymore. I put in a low bid not haveing any idea of the cars true condition. I dont think my bid is high enough to buy this car. If I do end up with it I will have a lot of room to restore her. We will see..................

Rich - I'd love to bring it home myself, but have too many other projects. Who knows, if you end up with it...I may be inetersted in taking it off your hands down the line.

My guess is that it's going to sell for $3000-3500. Just a guess. Luckily, I think the blown heater core and puddle of antifreeze may help in keeping the bid low.

Ryan, Do you think this car was a Oregon Highway patrol unit or a city agency. The title says It was from Sherwood ORE?
