Default SSP Two tone paint TRUE SSP, or CLONE??

I am looking at a SSP locally, it is 2 tone black and white, I am inserting a photo of the car, it is white on top, and black on the bottom, however I see that the door jams are white, and have black overspray, does anybody know if a police agency would have did such a sloppy job?, this is a California SSP, also, how could I confirm that it is a true SSP?, I did a carfax on it, it doesnt say anything about police usage, however it does say AUCTION ANNOUNCED AS FLEET/LEASE vehicle, also the carfax comes back as a 2.3 liter 4 cylinder?, anybody ever hear of this??... just want to make sure I am not persuing a SSP clone, any help is appreciated..

Thanks!

Any more pics?
I can tell already, unless there is paint under the door jams, that it would not be a CHP car. CHP had black body jams and white door jams. CHPs didnt have black interiors either. Those signs verify it is not CHP, unless the interior has been switched. Dunno about other agency.
Look for the buck tags, they should be stapled on somewhere on the front left hand side of the radiator support. If it is SSP, it should have 2.

It is painted up like a Florida Highway Patrol car. Spotlight holes look too low too.

yeah I am baffled, love the looks of the car, was ready to pull the trigger, then did carfax, and was like ????? I see what you mean, the paint DOES resemble a Florida car, but I think Florida cars are beige tops, right?
