Default Cool find in heater box of Tx DPS

Selling my 87 DPS to a friend. He wants to put it back on the road and fix it as he drives it. I pulled the heater box to put in a new heater core and found this... a ink pen with "DECATUR RADAR" RICHARD KENT AND PHONE # written on it. I started to toss it then noticed the end... It's got "55" on it. I'm assuming this; a radar company and "55"... could be from in service? Just thought I'd post up and see what you guys thought... I'm gonna leave it with the car just the same...

Looks like the number comes back to a restaurant in McComb, MS now if I read it right... they have bar-b-que available! Very cool find!

I'm thinking since the pen is from a radar company "55" would be for the speed limit.
