Default CHP Deck Lights

Does anyone have a good source for new Grote housings appropriate for older CHP cars and the sealed beams?

Aren't there a couple of different styles in the bulbs, one that is smooth glass and one that has a dispersion pattern in the glass?

There also seems to be pretty much difference in the light output between the 4412/4413/4436, so which is likely to be correct?
