Default Gatorbacks are Back!

OK, #3035 is now back on Gatorbacks for the first time since who knows when. And what a deal, half the performance of my old T/A KDWs at twice the price!

Very nice touch. Do they ride well?

Only driven on them for a couple of miles to get home from the shop but so far I'm pretty unimpressed. Hoping that might improve once I get more miles and wear on them. This is the first set of these vintage of tires I've ever owned so maybe they might "break-in" a bit with age. ?

Back in the day my patrol car had gbacks.......they sucked then.....I doubt yours will “break in” much. Be careful on wet pavement....especially in curves.

That's OK, it kinda what I expected. I'm not worried about wet roads as the car rarely, if ever, sees them anymore and i drive it like a granny these days anyway. I just noticed on the invoice that they aired them up to 35psi (like they are required to for all tires - stupid). I'm going to bleed them down some and see if that improves the ride.
