Your car has the earlier style '85 buck tags. Do you happen to have a better pic of it?

That is where the UHP kept their shotguns, very low tech.

Also, after some closer inspection, the A-pillars have indeed been filled, both sides. Apparently the car did have spots both sides. I cannot find any indication of holes drilled for a light bar, however.

The car was more than likely a slick top then. Spotlights were Unity S6 with K length shaft.
