CHP interior question

Does anyone know if the 1993 CHP Mustangs used the little notebook holder/clip thing on the shotgun rack or was that on earlier years? I have the clipboard but I have not seen it in the 1993 cars or other RANGR equiped Mustangs. I repowdercoated it black and its all dressed up and possibly no where to go.
