Thumbs up Nice find

I think you have a rare car there bud. I would definately pursue a Marti report and and DMV info you can gather on past ownership. But the DSO tag says it all really. Hard to argue with it. LOL. I would definately get your VIN number on here for the VIN project. It will tell you watch batch your car came out of and how many cars were in that batch with yours. Good luck!

Smile marti report

here is a link to their website. http://www.martiauto.com/reports2.cfm Basically, a Marti report will tell you everything you ever wanted to know about your car specifically. You send them your VIN number and they work closely with ford to get all the documentation from their archives. They can even make you new tags if they are no longer present. Its pretty cool. I plan on getting one for my car, just to have.

I took the liberty of looking up your VIN in the vin project. It looks like your car was built in 1985. There were 34 cars (including yours) in the batch your car was made in. heres a link. http://www.specialservicemustang.net/VINlist/85VIN.html Pretty cool!
