In Serv. Pics. of my Rome PD SSP
I was able to get some in service pictures of my Calypso Green (City of Rome, Floyd Co., GA) SSP. The pictures are courtesy of Officer John Walters who is assigned to the training department. A big thanks to him.

Very cool pictures! Always nice to have "In Service" pictures of your ride! I know a guy who was a Corporal with Texas DPS back in the 80's through the late 90's and I am sure I can find a lot more in service photos of Texas DPS SSP's through him. I am going to try to get my Brother to contact him on my behalf and have him call me. I might come up with pictures of other guys TX cars.

Glad you got a hold of some pics... I knew John would be able to find something. Those were made behind the Rome PD Training Center / Firing Range. (the long building in the background). I am still digging for pics... recently moved and everything is scattered.

Impressive....always nice to find these diamonds in the rough.
So, so many folks will never have in-service pictures of their cars. So, it's good and rare to have them. I have 3 or 4 of my Tx Hwy Patrol Mustang while in-service. All at accident scenes. And I have one that I took of it shortly after it was turned-in and stripped. I took that picture of it not knowing that 9 months later I would own it!
