Default door hinge pins

ok, the green fhp has the original door hinge pins on the pass door, which is sagging. How do you get the originals out so the replacements will go in? they seem to have been pressed in, can it be done without removing the entire door. The driver door had already had the bottom one done, so it was easy to replace.
Also put in new door to body weatherstrip today.

They are pinned in there....kinda hard to remove, as you have to grind them down a bit to knock them out.

Air, if you have it. It's halfway-serious grinding.

You are already done but I just cut the pin in the middle and then remove both pieces...much easier than trying to get the whole pin out.
