Updated the CHP doc....still need to add some pics of the different mirror lights, but the Federal CC1, MPA2, and 1992 CHP Motor Transport Manuals are now online. The MTM is like 30Mb, so be careful.
 (they are at the bottom of Page 2, BTW) EDIT: I figured it out....1.8Mb now (should be much better)
