Default Vacuum Questions

For those of you that have an '82 mustang, is anyone able to answer these questions for me or snap a few pictures of the vacuum hoses and where they are coming and going to? I don't know where the vacuum hoses coming out of the back of the carb go, where the hose on the pass. side oil cap goes, and what hoses go to the air cleaner? Also, there are a couple of holes in the back of the air cleaner assembly and one has a black plastic piece that sits inside the air cleaner assembly and fits through the one hole and attaches to???. The other hole has no plastic piece, grommet, or anything but I would think there is a hose that should be attached from somewhere. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This is a good thing to have. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/1982-...QQcmdZViewItem

A compete shop manual set is good too. I just bought a set for my '87, I can't believe I used the Haynes and Chilton manuals for so long. Well worth the money.

I was curious how those manuals were. The vacuum sticker under the hood is confusing and Haynes doesn't even have vacuum diagrams in it. I am checking if he will sell it early to me.
Thanks.

There are a few more of those on ebay. That was the first one I saw.

+1 for the manual.

I looked at two that I have, and it's probably easier to figure out here with a pic. There's not a ton of good pictures (they are small and black and white), but the diagrams are nice.

I can try to swing by and take some of my '82 for you, later this week. In the meantime, here are a few:

Thanks Mike, I appreciate it. Your air check valve seems to be a little different set up than mine. I will check when I get home. Any pics you can provide would be great and I am going to get the manual in the mean time. It looks clean under hood!
