Default 2007 mazda b2300 2wd with 8.8 Pinion nut socket size?

Hello All,
I was getting a game plan together for replace my leaking rear diff pinion seal in my 2007 2wd Mazda B2300 this week end. Would anyone happen to know what size socket I will need to remove the pinion nut? My truck has just under 80K on her and its leaking around the outside metal lip on the seal. It seemed odd but when I went to get a new one from Ford it had a bead of sealer around the outside of the seal. Is this a common issue and I was planning to put a little RTV around the outside of the seal anyway.
Thanks everyone and have a blessed night.
