Default Not a Mustang (or a car)

I Know...I Know it's not a SSP Mustang it's not even a Mustang
or is it

Well at least it's a Ford!
1984 f150 stepside/flareside Short Bed
I was looking for one of these for awhile
it's an interesting little truck that is
18 inches shorter then the my Ranger?
The Warranty sticker on the door jamb
de codes correctly as it should
302/C6 dso 75 Phoenix vehicle
so far all i have done is fix a few things
I replaced the Mag wheels that were on it
with the correct Steel Wheels and hubcaps
Grandpa Truck look

and was lucky enough to have found the correct
brush guard that was a dealer option in the 80's
Similar to the CHP/SSP Car ...I start from the ground up
(especially if it I need good tires to drive it)

I like the mid 80's F-150's. Don't see too many with the step-side.

Nice F150! Not to many around here in that shape. All are country trucks and beat up.

This truck would be a good candidate for one of those late night tv commercials for the amazing
rub it on wipe it off wax.

except the paint is burnt on the hood and cab roof
so i'm gonna paint the hood flat black the the cab top white and call it a day.
