Default Door panel speaker cover question

Anyone have any luck and/or advice reattaching these in an unnoticeable way on the 87 to 93 mustang?

I used these. Just cut off the tip to prevent it from poking through the plastic.

Thanks, but I don't think the plastic tabs I have left are long enough to accept a screw. I might just try glue since there is no reason they should ever be removed without the door panel.
