Its quiet a mess to be completely honest. Everything from the firewall back looks pretty decent with the exception of the rear floor pans. There are gaping holes. The front end is another story. The frame rails and EVERYTHING hooked to them is toast. I found the build sheet remnants under the carpet beneath the pedal assembly. Parts of it are legible but its toast. I was able to locate the original keys tucked inside the fuel fill door. Yes keys, two.
Some of the wiring for the front red and blue lights is still there and i found an original aluminum bracket for the front lights. I also found a broken mic for a cobra radio. The black and white paint breaks are there and still crisp. Hood grounding straps are there and i found the trunk straps in the trunk. The motor is completely intact and would clean up well if it werent for the rust on the heads and block. Its still full of oil. There is also still washer fluid in the reservoir. Its crazy. Its awesome to be able to see them in original format. The thing that baffles me the most is the spotlight handles. Near about all the cars out there and this one have the spotlight handle upwards which really makes it difficult to operate.
Its gonna be an absolute nightmare to bring back. Im a little nervous about dumping a ton of money into it. I have to investigate a bunch more.
