IIRC, they are Vent Shades brand. I have an NOS set in the garage (at the house), and I'll post up the info when I get home (if I ever make it there).
 Someone else will probably beat me to it (and I should put this info in the FHP Resto Doc, so thanks for the reminder).

Here is a set. The other set I have is in an original box, and not the shrink-wrap like these. Bernie has the right part number....but these are the Ventshade brand.

Now the company is AVS (Auto vent shade) but they only make acrylic shades.
