Default Cruise Control

Wanted: A Cruise Control Wizard.

The Cruise on my recently purchased '88 Missouri SSP is not working at all. The fuse is good. I am hoping it is something simple. I am familiar with a bunch of other SSP Mustang fixes but this is my first encounter with the Cruise Control.

Any suggestions or past experience to pass along would be most appreciated.

Sounds like a good place to start. As soon as some of this holiday family "Coordination" and grandkids travel ball softball activities taper off I'll get right on that. The impact might have indeed done something to the module. Thanks for the input.

if it did let me know....I think I have a complete cruise control module and wiring harness stashed somewhere in the bowels of the parts room...Yours to use if the car needs it.

Was that an in service accident described above? If so you should try and get the Accident Report. It will list P #, Trooper, etc.

No it was not a crash on duty. The P number is already established based on information from MSHP and they were unable to provide the name of the assigned Trooper.
