Default Railroad SSP's?

I guess SSP's can come from anywhere. I am currently receiving pics from a SSP originally purchased by Gelco Rail Services, or so we think. It's rough ( roller w/ rust ), but could be a one-of-a-kind. It's way overpriced, but crazy where they come from.

i spent days trying to trace that car also known as "the conneticut roller".

I gave up on it as I couldn't ascertain anything other than it actually is an ssp......but I cant imagine why a railroad would purchase it.
